Featherlite online store currently only delivers in Bangalore. All promotional offers and discounts are valid only for purchases in Bangalore. We will update this page as and when we plan to expand.

PRODUCT NOTICE

The measurements of the products may vary slightly.  

1. Is it safe to buy furniture online?

Featherlite is considered to be one of the leading office furniture companies in India and was founded in 1965. It is completely safe to purchase furniture online with Featherlite. We have a very efficient and reliable dealer network to ensure, safe and hassle free delivery of the furniture at your door step.

2. How do I create a new account in your website?

On the right-hand side top corner of our website, you can see MY ACCOUNT, where you can log in and create a new account by filling the essential fields.

3. Is it safe to use credit cards online?

Your online transaction with Featherlite is completely safe and secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet and used by us. Featherlite uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. We use PayU payment gateway which is secure and trusted. Banks now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

4. Do you have cash on delivery or EMI option?

We currently take only pre-paid orders and do not have Cash on Delivery or EMI option. We may introduce this EMI option in the near future. 

5. What should I keep handy for my online transaction?

For Credit Cards, keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OTP.

You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OTP or IPIN handy as well.

For Net Banking, you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

6. What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?

During the payment process you may be redirected to your payment gateway website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the store.featherlinefurniture.com website with your order details. You can keep a copy of this.

Never press the browser back button when the transaction is being processed.

7. How will transactions on Featherliteonline appear on my Credit Card / Bank statements?

All transactions on store.featherlitefurniture.com will be notified to you via email/text whichever your Bank provides.

8. What should I do if a transaction fails?
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please ensure the following:

Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)

Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. Please direct all questions and further clarifications regarding the above statement to  operations@featherlitefurniture.com
9. Do the prices of the furniture include tax?

All Featherlite Furniture prices include the tax and the customer is not required to pay any extra amount at the time of delivery.

10. Do you keep my credit card and debit card details?

We do not store your credit card and debit card details with us. So, it is completely safe to use them online for transaction.

12. What do the different Product statuses mean?

In Stock – Available with us at Bangalore warehouse

Available – Available with us in your city

Coming Soon – New Product for which the launch date is not known- Launch date will be informed

Preorder or Forthcoming – When the launch date is decided we can start taking orders

Out of stock – Product not available with us presently

Temporarily Unavailable – For short period, the product is not available due to import/Manufacturing issues or any other issues

Permanently discontinued (PD) - Product end of life

13. How to check my order status?

In order to check the order status, you can sign in into your account (already created) and you can check your order history and order status.

14. What do the different order statuses mean?

Received - Customer has placed the Order.

Authorized - The Order ID is authorized by us after call confirmation

Processing – The order is being processed and internal work has started

Assigned – The product is assigned against respective order

Dispatched -The product has been dispatched from Bangalore factory/warehouse – to outstation location.

Shipped – The product is shipped to the customer from city of order

Delivered – The product is delivered to customer

Not Fulfilled – We are unable to process the order due to one or other reason

Cancelled – The order is cancelled by customer

15. How to know, whether my order has been dispatched or not?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a mail from Featherlite along with the required details and you can even check it by logging into your MY ACCOUNT.

16. What are the payment options?

 Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards

Debit card for more than 50 banks

Credit Card EMIs at 12% interest for Citibank and HDFC Credit Cards as per RBI mandate which will be chargeable to the customer

We currently support Net banking for 32 banks including all major banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, SBI, Axis etc.

Cash Card

Cash deposit in our Featherlite Bank Account only for bulk orders. And once we receive the amount by any of the modes, we will get the product shipped.

We do not offer cash or card on delivery options for pre-orders. Pre-orders require a pre-payment to book the product and confirm the order in advance. So even if one of the products in your order is a pre-order, you will not see the payment on delivery options while placing the order. To avail payment on delivery on the normal orders, pre-orders need to be separated out as a separate order.
17. What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:

  • Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages/scratches.
  • For all products that involve assembly, please ensure that the delivery team assembles the product so that you are satisfied with the finished product
  • For all products kept on the floor, ensure that the product stands steady and straight.
  • For all seating products, kindly sit on the item to ensure their stability with your weight on it
  • Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honour manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as described by the warranty policy.

 18. What if I have received a damaged product?

We work with partners who have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product.

In case, you receive a damaged product (damage as defined by the situations in the prior question), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. We will take corrective measure to solve the problem or replace the product if it is a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit and replace the product if necessary

For replacement of product we might take 7-8 working days

In case you notice a damage later, i.e. within 48 hours of delivery, please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us at operations@featherlitefurniture.com / call us on +91 - 8884864455. We will take necessary action.

19. Can I cancel the order after placing it?

Please click on the link to refer our Cancellation and Return Policy.

20. What happens in case of any dispute?

Resolution: Featherlite and Customer understand and agree that the implementation of this product will be enhanced by the timely resolution of any dispute between them. Therefore, each party agrees to cause any dispute between them to be considered, negotiated in good faith, and resolved as soon as possible in accordance with this section. However, if the dispute is not settled amicably, the same shall be settled through Arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Reconciliation Act and the jurisdiction for the same shall be Bangalore.
